Getting Started
1. Creating Your Account
To get started:
- Click "Sign Up" on the home page
- Enter your email address and create a secure password
- Verify your email address
- Complete your company profile
2. Setting Up Your Company Profile
After creating your account, set up your company information:
- Company Name: Your official business name
- Logo: Upload your company logo (PNG or JPG)
- Address: Your complete business address
- Contact Details: Email, phone, and website
- Tax ID/VAT: Your registration numbers
- Stamp & Signature: For professional documents
Creating Documents
Commercial Invoice
A Commercial Invoice is the primary document for international trade. To create one:
- Click "New Document" → "Commercial Invoice"
- Select your client from the list or create a new one
- Add invoice items and quantities
- Set pricing, taxes, and discounts
- Review and export as PDF
Proforma Invoice
A Proforma Invoice is a preliminary invoice sent before shipment. Follow the same steps as a Commercial Invoice but select "Proforma Invoice" instead.
Packing List
A Packing List details the contents of your shipment:
- Click "New Document" → "Packing List"
- Link to an existing invoice or create a new document
- Add detailed packaging information
- Include marks, numbers, and weights
Customs Declaration
For goods crossing borders, the Customs Declaration provides required regulatory information:
- Click "New Document" → "Customs Declaration"
- Select the destination country
- Enter HS codes for each item
- Provide origin and shipping details
Managing Clients & Products
Adding Clients
Save time by adding client details once:
- Go to "Clients" from the dashboard
- Click "Add New Client"
- Enter company name, address, and contact information
- Clients are automatically populated in documents
Managing Products
Create a product database for quick document creation:
- Go to "Products" from the dashboard
- Click "Add New Product"
- Enter product details: name, code, unit price, HS code
- Add product descriptions and images (optional)
- Use products in your documents
Document Features
Automatic Calculations
We automatically calculate:
- Line totals (quantity × unit price)
- Subtotals by product category
- Tax amounts based on rates
- Discounts and adjustments
- Grand totals in multiple currencies
Currency Conversion
We support transactions in any major currency:
- Select your preferred currency when creating a document
- Exchange rates update automatically
- Display prices in multiple currencies if needed
Custom Fields
Add custom fields to your documents:
- Purchase order numbers
- Container numbers
- Special terms and conditions
- Payment terms
- Delivery instructions
Exporting & Sharing
PDF Export
Every document can be exported as a professional PDF:
- Review your document
- Click "Export as PDF"
- Choose quality settings (standard or high-definition)
- Download the file
Digital Signatures
Add your digital signature to documents:
- Upload your signature image in Company Profile
- It will automatically appear on all exported documents
- Add custom stamps for authentication

Q: My PDF looks different when exported
A: Try switching to "High Definition" export mode. Ensure your printer or PDF viewer settings are configured correctly.

A: We update rates daily from reliable sources. Check that you've selected the correct currency pair.
Q: How do I add HS codes?
A: Add HS codes in your Product database. They'll automatically appear in Customs Declarations.
Q: Can I edit documents after creation?
A: Yes! All documents can be edited anytime. Changes don't affect previously exported versions.
Account Management
Changing Your Password
- Click your profile avatar in the top right
- Select "Profile Settings"
- Click "Change Password"
- Enter your current password and new password
Upgrading to Premium
Premium features include:
- Unlimited documents
- Advanced analytics
- Priority support
- Custom branding options
To upgrade, click "Upgrade" from the dashboard.
