Getting Started

1. Creating Your Account

To get started:

  1. Click "Sign Up" on the home page
  2. Enter your email address and create a secure password
  3. Verify your email address
  4. Complete your company profile

After creating your account, set up your company information:

Creating Documents

Commercial Invoice

A Commercial Invoice is the primary document for international trade. To create one:

  1. Click "New Document" → "Commercial Invoice"
  2. Select your client from the list or create a new one
  3. Add invoice items and quantities
  4. Set pricing, taxes, and discounts
  5. Review and export as PDF

Proforma Invoice

A Proforma Invoice is a preliminary invoice sent before shipment. Follow the same steps as a Commercial Invoice but select "Proforma Invoice" instead.

Packing List

A Packing List details the contents of your shipment:

  1. Click "New Document" → "Packing List"
  2. Link to an existing invoice or create a new document
  3. Add detailed packaging information
  4. Include marks, numbers, and weights

Customs Declaration

For goods crossing borders, the Customs Declaration provides required regulatory information:

  1. Click "New Document" → "Customs Declaration"
  2. Select the destination country
  3. Enter HS codes for each item
  4. Provide origin and shipping details

Managing Clients & Products

Adding Clients

Save time by adding client details once:

  1. Go to "Clients" from the dashboard
  2. Click "Add New Client"
  3. Enter company name, address, and contact information
  4. Clients are automatically populated in documents

Managing Products

Create a product database for quick document creation:

  1. Go to "Products" from the dashboard
  2. Click "Add New Product"
  3. Enter product details: name, code, unit price, HS code
  4. Add product descriptions and images (optional)
  5. Use products in your documents

Automatic Calculations

We automatically calculate:

Currency Conversion

We support transactions in any major currency:

  1. Select your preferred currency when creating a document
  2. Exchange rates update automatically
  3. Display prices in multiple currencies if needed

Add custom fields to your documents:

Exporting & Sharing

PDF Export

Every document can be exported as a professional PDF:

  1. Review your document
  2. Click "Export as PDF"
  3. Choose quality settings (standard or high-definition)
  4. Download the file

Digital Signatures

Add your digital signature to documents:

  1. Upload your signature image in Company Profile
  2. It will automatically appear on all exported documents
  3. Add custom stamps for authentication

Common Issues

Q: My PDF looks different when exported

A: Try switching to "High Definition" export mode. Ensure your printer or PDF viewer settings are configured correctly.

Q: Exchange rates seem incorrect

A: We update rates daily from reliable sources. Check that you've selected the correct currency pair.

Q: How do I add HS codes?

A: Add HS codes in your Product database. They'll automatically appear in Customs Declarations.

Q: Can I edit documents after creation?

A: Yes! All documents can be edited anytime. Changes don't affect previously exported versions.

Changing Your Password

  1. Click your profile avatar in the top right
  2. Select "Profile Settings"
  3. Click "Change Password"
  4. Enter your current password and new password
